Studying at York English College for Under 18 Students
We acknowledge that younger learners have specific academic, emotional, and living needs, and we are fully committed to ensuring they are supported with the utmost care and professionalism. As a responsible provider, the Institute ensures that appropriate arrangements are in place for the care and learning needs of students under 18 years of age according to the Australian Government regulations (The National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students) and Department of Home Affairs (student visa conditions) which requires students under the age of 18 to have appropriate accommodation, support and general welfare arrangements.
This policy and procedure relates to the Institute staff, students, educational agents and the affiliates which may include but not limited to Parents/Guardian, accommodation providers, homestay providers, homestay hosts, residents of homestay host homes, homestay students and welfare providers.
